Sita Beach Resort

Nice hotel, had a deluxe room with a pool view. Which is opposite the beach close to the breakfast room and bar. Originally booked the honeymoon suite until I found out how high up the rooms were, you can get a cart from reception up to the upper pool but have to walk up the next couple of flights of stairs and it's steep not recommended if you have walking difficulties or bad back problems. The rooms opposite the lower pool are brilliant. Foods good, and the staff are fantastic, even the guys that transport the suitcases. Drinks are reasonable nice sun beds on the beach but limited All in all a nice hotel with attentive staff. They even cleaned the beach in front of the Hotel every day, which nobody else bothered to do along Pattaya beach.

Lovely pools and sunbeds on the beach. Room was a great size overlooking a pool. Breakfast was very good.

Room was ready way before 2PM and we really appreciate it, all the staff were smiling and kind, swimming pool was always warm, well curated garden, very big room compared to other resorts on the island, very quiet pool with not too many guesy making noise during our stay. At check out they transferred us for free to the boat terminal and it was quick and efficient. Only 10 min walk to our favorite restaurant on the island, the Cliff Lipe, where you can experience the best Sunset while sipping the best cocktails and food,don’t miss it!

We really liked the breakfast, there was a large selection with some daily variation. The room was clean and big, equipped with lots of amenities that were restocked daily. We were picked up from pier, dropped back on departure, and brought to our room with the golf buggy, which was a nice surprise. We also appreciated the privacy provided by the hillside location of our room, where people walking past wouldn't be able to look inside the windows.

The room is spacious and had a great balcony. The bed was very hard, but was given an extra mattress which helped. The location was great and very quiet. Easy access to the beach and walking street (about 15min walk). I used the upper pool which was nice. The lower pool looked.a bit run down so didn't use it. The breakfast was average but the same food served each day and it got old after staying there for 6 nights.
